MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT:

Agreement: 

  1. This agreement is between Fit And Thick and the Fit And Thick Member who signs this Membership Contract. This agreement starts on the date of when the Fit And Thick Member signs the contract. 

 

Memberships: 

 Unlimited This is what is included in the Unlimited  Fitness Party Membership: $49.97 per month 

There is an $89.99 start-up fee -

  • Access to Unlimited Fit And Thick Fitness Parties Each Month 

  • Access to Unlimited Fit And Thick Virtual Live Workouts Each Month 

  • Access to The Fit And Thick Transformation Challenge Each Week of Each Month 

  • Fit And Thick Fitness Planner Ebook 

  • Access to the Weekly Accountability Call 


 

 Pay as you go:

  Pay As You Go: $15 per class

  • Access to 1 Fit And Thick Fitness Party or virtual live workouts 


 

Cancellation of Membership by Member: 

  1. A member may cancel her membership at any time with at least a 30-day notice. Please remember partial months are not permitted for option 1: unlimited membership. . If a member cancels on or after the 2nd of any month, then payment will still be due the following month on the 1st. If payment is collected after the 2nd of any month, you will have access to the Fit And Thick Membership Option 1: Unlimited for the next 30 days. 

  2. A member may cancel their attendance for Pay as you go. Please remember refunds are not given for any of the Fit And Thick Pay as you go options.  If you have to cancel your attendance for a class you may reschedule by filling out a reschedule form. 

 

Rules and/or Regulations: 

  1. Members who do not observe Fit And Thick rules and regulations will be asked to leave. The members' membership will be revoked and no refunds will be given. 

  2. The Rules are as follow: 

    1. A Fit And Thick Member Must Be Respectful to Fit And Thick Instructors & other Fit And Thick Members at all times 

    2. Fit And Thick Member Must adhere to the dress code when attending a fitness party or virtual live workout!

      1. You may not be naked or half-naked on during Fit And Thick Fitness Parties or virtual live workouts

      2. You Must wear a top such as a sports bra or shirt that covers your chest area and bottoms such as shorts, leggings, or pants that cover your private area. 

 

Miscellaneous – 

  1.  This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between them concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. The provisions of this may be waived, altered, amended, or repealed, in whole or in part, only upon prior written consent of all parties 

  2.  Member has read, and fully agrees to the terms of this Agreement and understands and agrees that by signing this Agreement (which contains a waiver, release, and assumption of risks) Member has given up considerable future legal rights. Member has signed this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise, or guarantee being communicated to him/her. Member certifies and warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older and mentally competent to enter into this Agreement.

  3.  c. If any portion of this agreement is deemed illegal, void, or unenforceable, then the remaining agreement shall remain in effect.
